(this is mostly technical and for me so I can remember what I've done and need to do, and notes and help on how to do things. You'll not find it very interesting...)

****** Stan! Just noticed that if I am looking for the original work folder for any of the Interval videos, search for the file name of the .swf file, and look way down in the search results and look for a file with the same name but with the flash extension, .fla, or sometime just the flash file icon. Open that enclosing folder and then you might have to go up the file path a few directories? ******* Today created a new Instagram for Interval @intervalocadstan and worked out some kinks in uploading videos. Using "new_norway_slice" I used original assets found in the folder "Interval Assets / resized_interval_pages - copy" in the work files folder. I used the original jpgs to create the video with QT. Then I used Automator "rename in reverse order_pong.workflow" to reverse order a copy of the jpgs made a second version with QT. (I first deleted the first and last images because they were a bit faded). I combined these videos and saved them as a .mov file. In AfterEffects I opened a project that was 1080x1080* and the time length of both ping and pong videos and added the .mov file made above. Then I exported the video as another .mov file, but found it then had to be exported with QT to make a mp4 for Instagram. Maybe I can export directly to mp4 using AfterEffects? *Could also be Landscape at 1080 x 566 or Portrait at 1080 x 1440.
